Bishop Kip Douglas, Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of the Pillars of Purpose Foundation, has dedicated his life to restoring lives and communities through service, outreach, and faith. Since answering his call to ministry in 1996, he has faithfully served in numerous leadership roles including Youth Pastor, Evangelism Pastor, and Prayer Ministry Leader under the mentorship of Bishop Edward Stephens at Golden Gate Cathedral. Ordained in 2004, Bishop Douglas later founded The Church Without Walls Memphis—a bold outreach-driven ministry launched in 2005 with a mission to reach souls beyond the traditional church structure. With a heart for the underserved, he also founded Real Outreach Ministries, bringing healing and hope to neighborhoods through tent revivals, street ministry, and grassroots evangelism.

Rooted in compassion, Bishop Douglas brings decades of hands-on experience to the vision of Pillars of Purpose Foundation. His passion for empowering the broken, feeding families, clothing the homeless, and planting ministries aligns with the foundation’s commitment to community transformation. From launching youth initiatives to building partnerships with organizations like Apartment Life, his leadership has been instrumental in expanding outreach across Memphis communities—especially in Frayser, Midtown, Raleigh, Douglass, and now Whitehaven.
